Tire Fire Cable - For GM Gen V
Today we release the GM Gen V Stabilitrak disabler.
Now called the "Tire Fire Cable"This cable currently works on 2014-2018 1/2 ton GM trucks, and also works on 2015-2020 3/4 & 1 ton trucks.
This cable is made right here in Ontario Canada, so no need to import from other countries.
All connections are OEM with water tight seals for long lasting years!How does it work?
You simply flip a single switch, and instantly your traction control system, ABS system, & stabilitrak goes into a temporary fault.
Allowing you to put down all the power you need to the ground on demand!
When the switch is off your vehicle goes right back to stock like nothing ever happened, 100% OEM settings.Why would I need this?
Unlike the GM cars, the Trucks have back ground vehicle speed pickup and automatically "re-enables" stabilitrak after 30-50 km/h. So if you're
attempting a big burn out, or playing in the mud, or stuck in the snow, this allows you to maintain ALL the power needed to perform!
Leaving the switch on even after a key cycle, it still remains armed. But once you flip the switch it returns back to factory...cool right!!Is it hard to install?
It's literally plug and play and ties into your factory harness. NO CUTTING WIRES!!!
You then route the switch into the cab of the vehicle, and mount it via drilling a hole, or purchasing the add on switch holder with double sided
tape.
