Welcome to the DYNO!
Finally! it's here. The time has come for Quinte West to have a full blown professional dyno!
This is very exciting news for all car enthusiasts.
This model of dyno is a DYNOmite, sold by Land & Sea a professional dyno making company.
This is a professional dyno with a "Eddy Current Retarder" also known as a (Eddy Brake).
The Eddy Brake is basically a very large magnet that has the abilities to apply load and simulate "Real life road conditions".
This dyno also has a built in Weather Station. It knows outside air temperature, barometric air pressure, humidity %.
This dyno has the state of the art dual channel Air Fuel Ratio Sensor(s) setup which uses a venturi system to cancel out any exhaust pulses from large cam overlap.
The rollers have Land & Sea's patented design traction grooves for non slip traction.
There is two types of dynos Steady-state (brake) dynamometers and inertial dynamometers.
An inertial dyno is basically a big drum your spinning that doesn't apply any load but the weight of it's self.
As for a Steady state dyno it applies load to simulate real life road conditions!
If you want to see what your car actually makes for real horse power, and torque then this is your dyno!!!

End Result of a Dyno run...
The Dyno has a very clear and stylish display of a graph.
At the end, every customer gets a copy of their graph as a digital copy via. Text, Email, Messenger or all the above.
I will make a paper copy and laminate it for an extra $10 per sheet.
Having a digital copy is great, you can brag to all your friends sending your copy as a sms, post online to forums, or social media!!!
Pictured is a copy of a real graph.

Your Chart numbers will be (Horse Power + Torque = Overall Chart Number)
Example using chart above - 433.7 HP + 412.1 ft-lb = 845.8 This would be your chart number.
